Follow-up with guests who have not booked yet

4 - 6 Months
Book and confirm your photographer
Book your musicians (soloists, bands, DJ etc)
Select your wedding cake and be sure to include flavor, colours and style
Finalize menu and bar selection for all events - cocktail hour, dinner reception
2 -4 Months

Finalize flower selections

Create seating charts if you are having a private wedding dinner reception
Make sure all documents are in order and ready to go: Passports, travel documents and birth certificates
Meet with your wedding coordinator and go over all the wedding details to ensure all is accurate
Walk around the complex and research best photo locations
Have a trial run for your hair and make-up if time permits (optional)
Day of your Wedding
Be sure to eat abit and keep hydrated
Have your hair and make-up done
