  • Valid passport
  • Tourist card
  • Divorce certificate if applicable, as well as Birth Certificate of previous marital partner
  • Death certificate if applicable, and the Marriage certificate and Birth certificate
  • Full names of the bride and groom
  • Parents full names for both the bride and groom
  • Permanent address
  • Occupation
  • Level of Education
  • nationality
  • All documents listed must be provided in Spanish and notarized by the Cuban Consulate in Canada
